J. Michael Giglio has been practicing law in Georgia and Tennessee since 1995, specializing in divorce, child custody, criminal law, and personal injury matters. Michael serves as a judge in juvenile court in Catoosa County, and is an adjunct professor and also coaches the award-winning mock trial team at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Wes Giglio was admitted to the bar in 2021 after graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he received a Research Clerkship and Merit Scholarship. Wes was an associate attorney at Miller & Martin, PLLC in Chattanooga before joining the Giglio Law Firm. Prior to his admission as an attorney, Wes was an English teacher at Brainerd High School and Brown Middle School.
